A clear, close-up photo of your dog on their own, in good light, where you can see their face and eyes. A phone photo is perfectly fine. Avoid blurry, dark, or far-away shots, and photos with people in them.
What if I don't like my preview?
Then you don't pay. Try a different photo as many times as you like until it's perfect — there's no obligation, and you order only when you love it.
Can you do my cat, or another pet?
We're starting with dogs and adding more pets soon. If you'd like a portrait of another animal, reach out — we'd love to help.
Do you do portraits of pets that have passed?
Yes, and we treat these with extra care. Upload the clearest photo you have and we'll hand-finish a keepsake to remember them by.
How fast is shipping?
Your portrait is printed and shipped from the USA and arrives in about 2–7 working days. Shipping is free. If anything isn't right, we'll reprint it free — that's our Happiness Guarantee.
What if I make a mistake in my order?
No stress — reply to your order confirmation email within 2 hours and we'll fix it before it goes to print. If production has already started, we'll still do our best to help.
