Thank you for shopping with AllCustom! Every item we make is created just for you, and we want you to love it from the moment it arrives. Please take a moment to read our updated policy for made-to-order products printed and shipped within the United States.

Our Love-It Guarantee

We stand by the quality of every print we produce. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not up to our standards, simply reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once we review and validate the claim, we'll replace it free of charge or issue a refund if a replacement isn't possible.

Minor Print Variations

Each piece is printed individually, so slight color or tone differences can occur between screen and print. These small variations are part of the printing process and are considered within acceptable tolerance levels.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If something isn't right, we'll make it right. We'll replace your item at no cost if it arrives with:

  • Visible damage from shipping
  • Incorrect quantity or product type
  • Print or material flaws

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time frame or appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll investigate and, if confirmed lost, send a replacement at no extra cost.

Custom Orders & Returns

Because every product is made especially for you, we don't accept general returns or exchanges. However, if there's an issue with the quality, customization, or shipping damage, we'll work with you directly to find the best resolution.

Returned to Sender

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address
  • Refusal of delivery
  • An unclaimed package at the carrier pickup location

We can assist you in placing a new order. You'll only need to cover the shipping cost, and we'll refund the product price once your new order is confirmed (within 30 days of the estimated delivery date).
